We accept gently-used and new English-language books for children and adults — novels, textbooks, picture books, young adult fiction, and nonfiction. Donated books go directly into our free reading shelf, our Kids & Adult Book Clubs, and community literacy events like Books & Breakfast.

Want to get hands-on with a growing reading movement? We regularly welcome interns and volunteers in:

• Event planning & community outreach
• Children's programming & storytelling
• Graphic design & digital platform support
• Bookkeeping, operations & partnerships

Monetary donations support:

• Subsidized subscriptions for readers who can't afford full price
• Free books and materials for our children's programs
• Hosting community events, author visits, and book clubs
• Operating costs for our physical libraries and reading spaces

We accept donations via Mobile Money and bank transfer. Every contribution, regardless of size, is acknowledged and goes directly toward expanding access to books in Burkina Faso.
